Phillip Riley Mentor Program Terms and Conditions

I will commit to

• A (minimum) of 1 x 1 Hour (min) Phone/Skype Conversation per month
• A (minimum) of 1 x 1 Hour (min) Face to Face appointment per quarter.

Should a Permanent, Contract or Consulting opportunity arise out of this introduction (whether director or via an introductions network), the Hiring Company agrees to pay Phillip Riley a 10% Introduction Fee (Net Fees).

I hereby authorise Phillip Riley to release my personal details to a suitable Mentor/Mentee.

I hereby agree to the following Phillip Riley Mentor Program T&Cs.
